Pre-Care Instructions
- Avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements in the week leading up to your session. This includes aspirin, ibuprofen, Vitamin E, omega-3, and other supplements. Talk with your primary care provider first if you’re using these under their direction.
- Refrain from alcohol and smoking before your appointment, as these can interfere with your results.
- Follow any other specific instructions from us that we give you at your consultation.
Post-Care Instructions
- Avoid pressing or massaging the treated areas for 48 hours after your session, as this can cause the filler to shift and change its original shape. This includes putting any excess pressure on the fillers, such as sleeping or rubbing the treatment area.
- Refrain from strenuous activity or exercise for at least 24 hours following your treatment.
- Avoid direct sun exposure or excessive heat for 72 hours.
